With the launch of our NEW LOOK clothing range, 
we have been receiving a few questions. Make sure you read our frequently asked questions below to find out your answers. And if your answer isn’t here, please let us know.
Q. When will the new gear arrive?
A. Racing gear will arrive in time for Noosa and Shepparton. Training gear (ie cycling kit) will arrive a few weeks later.
Q. What is the main difference in the Elite Range and the Entry Level Range?
A. Our Entry Level range is made from standard (but high quality) lycra – the same as you would find in most racing suits. Whereas the Rocket Science Elite Range is made from high quality technical UPF50 fabric which helps repel water, minimises drag, is chlorine resistant and provides compression.
Q. Can I try on the new gear for sizing, if not how will I know what size to order?
A. If you are purchasing from our Elite Range, you can head into Xosize Active 282 Centre Rd Bentleigh and try on their Elite Race Suit. The suits are the same, ours will just be Tri Alliance branded.
If you are purchasing from our Entry Level Range, the sizings are the same as our current gear. If you don’t have any of our current gear, then go on standard sizings of:
(female) XS-8, S-10, M-12, L-14, XL-16.
For the Entry level range we will have extras orders so if sizing is incorrect, then you will be able to exchange.
Q. Can I exchange the 2 piece Ironman Top & Bottom for the new Tri Suit?
A. You certainly can! But if you want to take advantage of the buy back offer, you must have your orders in by next Friday 28 September!
Q. Can I exchange more than one Tri suit and receive buy back deal on both?
A. Yes, as long as the both suits are from our most recent design.
Q. If I already have gear on order, will this be included in the order of the new kit?
A. If you have previously ordered clothing that was on back order, you should have received an email from us. If you have not, please contact Sarah. Your orders will not automatically roll over to this order – you must let us know what you would like from our new range.
Q. Do the Race Suits have pockets?
A. Yes – The Elite Suits have one back pocket and leg pockets, the Entry Level Range has two back pockets.
Q. Will there be Long Sleeve Jerseys?
A. Yes! Winter gear however will not be available to purchase until later in the season.
Q. Will there be female crop tops?
A. Yes, however not in this first order

To ensure your order arrives in time for NOOSA and SHEPPARTON, orders need to be in by the following dates:
- Elite Range (Rocket Science) – NO LATER THAN THIS FRIDAY 21 SEPTEMBER
- Entry Level Range – NO LATER THAN NEXT FRIDAY 28 SEPTEMBER
- Running Gear – NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 28 SEPTEMBER
- Cycling Gear – NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 28 SEPTEMBER
*Please note that cycling kits will be a further 2-4 week wait.
**PLEASE NOTE – ATHLETES ENSURE YOU ARE NOT logged in when purchasing gear. Prices online are set at athletes prices already. If you purchase gear with a discounted price, the difference will be added to your direct debit PLUS a $5 administration fee. You can ensure you are logged out by clicking ‘log out’ on the left hand panel in the tri shop.

For any athlete who has an old Tri Alliance race suit, you can bring back your old suit and replace it for a BRAND NEW ONE for only $55 (or $75 for two piece)
Conditions apply:
- Buy back valid until 28/09/12 only
- Valid on ENTRY LEVEL one and two piece suits only
