Challenge Athletes should be meeting at Elwood at 6:30am. Most likely riding to Mornington with a couple of efforts on the flat from Mordialloc to Frankston. I don’t think many are using just yet

Hi Andreas,
Two part answer, if you are training specifically for a marathon, then pace is your pure marathon pace. If you are training for Ironman then planned IM Marathon pace.
