Yesterday I had my first run for three months! Yahoo! Using the AlterG anti-gravity treadmill at Xphysiotherapy in Toowong. 30 minutes at 70% body weight – 60 sec running/90sec walking. Feeling good today so another session scheduled for Friday. Slowly, slowly catch’em tiger!!!!
