Weekly Transition 6 May 2011….Swim, Bike, Run, Read….

Word from Coaches Ollie & Sarah

After 4 weeks sunning ourselves in Vietnam, we are back on deck (albeit a day late) and refreshed, revitalised and ready to take on the coming season head on! We hope that you are also in the same boat – ready and firing to get back into training. A quick snap shot of our trip from the South of Vietnam to the North. 1 week of sunning ourselves on an island beach, 2 weeks of checking out the sights and sounds, 1 week of sunning ourselves at a beach resort = 2 very relaxed and tanned coaches. Now – to where it all counts….

Two athletes who are waving the flag for the ‘boys’ camp are Geoff Taylor and Dan Weekes who have both secured themselves a place for this years ITU World Championships Bejing in September! An amazing effort and testament to your hard work and dedication. Well done boys!

Coach Lisa Saad has had not a bad week in her books. Securing herself a finance (congrates Anthony!) and having a birthday all in one week. Happy birthday Lisa and congrats on the engagement!

Welcome to our newsest athlete Greg Wheeler. We welcome you into the squad and trust your time with us will be enjoyable and rewarding!

Social favourite Bart Kohler is sunning himself in Darwin at the moment preparing himself for this weeks Arafura Games. Good luck Bart!!

New Website – there’s more to come!

We have received a lot of feedback on the launch of our new look website so thank you all for your comments. As with many new changes/launches there is bound to be some teething programs and we appreciate your patience as we work through these. This launch was only the first phase of our website – purely the look and feel of the site. Once this has all be ironed out, we will be launching the next phase which is a new level including new athlete login features, articles, information and programming. Stay tuned on these exciting new updates.
